2. Products & Content
I work hard to make sure all photos, product descriptions, and colors are shown as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen display.
All photos, text, and content belong to Basics by Valexia and cannot be copied or used without permission.

3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD. Payments must be made in full at checkout to confirm your order. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and return details can be found in my Shipping Info and Refund & Exchange Policy. Once a package is shipped, Canada Post is responsible for delivery. I am not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but I’ll always do my best to help if an issue arises.

5. Limitation of Liability
Basics by Valexia is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to your use of this site or its products, including errors or interruptions in service.
