Refund & Exchange Policy

I want you to love everything from Basics by Valexia Boutique! Returns are eligible for store credit only within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this period, items are not eligible for return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the store credit.

Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please email shopvalexia@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once I receive your item, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Please report any damaged items within 2 days of delivery with photos. Color variations due to lighting or screen display do not qualify as damage.
